VFFS candy packaging machine
Brief introduction:The unit of candy packing machine consists of vertical form fill seal machine, multihead weigher (10 heads or 14 heads) with Z type elevator, integrates the functions of weighing, bag-making, nitrogen blowing, filling, sealing, printing, punching and counting, adopts servo motor driven timing belts for film pulling.
Multi function bag types: pillow bag, gusset bag, quad bag, corner sealed bag, hole punching bag, continues bag, single layer PE film bag.
Special function:
Can do fast speed model, which speed can reach 80~120 bags per minute for all kinds of granule products.
Adopts servo motor for film pulling with automatic offset correction. Two types of driver: cylinder and servo can be adopted for transverse sealing (for convenient selection by the customer under different operating condition); there are two types of longitudinal sealing mechanism, i.e. center sealing type and platen press type (the user can choose according to specific material and the film roll).
Features:
1. A wide range of pouches: Gusset bag, Pillow type bag, Flat bottom bag (Option).
2. Easy to operate: PLC controller and color touch-screen, fault indication on the touch screen.
3. Easy to adjust: only about 10 minutes to change different pouches.
APPLICATION:
This candy packing machine is suitable for granule products, such as candy, seeds, jelly, pet foods, puffy foods, pistachio, peanuts, nuts, raisins, dried fruits, frozen foods, snack foods, hardware, meatballs, etc. So this machine can also be customized as Chocolate Packing Machine and Potato Chips Packing Machine, etc.
