Space-save design equipment configuration is better
1. Trolley: The material roll can be smoothly moved to the spindle of the material rack to realize the automatic feeding process of the material roll.
2. Pressing Arm device: Pneumatic pressing device, with Taiwan gear reduction motor, assists material feeding during unwinding to complete stable unwinding of various thickness coils.
3. Supporting arm: hydraulic pressure type feeding arm, convenient for loading, feeding and feeding.
4. Material arc control photoelectric: Two sets of photoelectric control are used for material arc control. When the material enters the first group photoelectric range, the material frame decelerates and runs. When entering the second group photoelectric range, the material frame stops, realizing full automatic frequency conversion control. Quick opening.
5. Braking method: The material frame part adopts the pneumatic disc brake device, which has good braking effect and effectively prevents the coil material from spreading due to the rotational inertia during braking.
